Gridlock over Wedlock
A divine prescription,
for biological procreation.
A recipe for domestic tranquility,
in an era of chaotic debauchery.
My faith is clear on this institution,
acknowledging an acceptable variation.
One man and one woman is the ideal,
with exemptions for only the exceptional.
I am no judge of other associations,
preferring traditions over innovations.
Is there a dearth of naming conventions,
more suitable for other combinations?
